Direct and oversee all phases of CSA project delivery, from initial site setup to final handover, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, and budget requirements.
CSA Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans for CSA projects to align with organizational goals and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Budget Management:
Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost overruns are minimized.
Planning and Scheduling:
Develop, review, and authorize construction plans, including detailed scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a strategic role in client interactions, ensuring projects meet client expectations and addressing any issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and review project progress, preparing reports for senior management and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks related to CSA components to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Testing-Commissioning, Handover & Close-Out:
Oversee the testing & commissioning of project site, completion and handover of entire projects, ensuring that all contractual obligations, safety and quality standards are fulfilled.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical).
Work Experience:
Minimum of 17-20 years in executing civil construction projects of multiple data centres/ commercial infrastructure IT Parks, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
