Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing complex, multi-year infrastructure projects. This role demands hands-on leadership from project initiation through to closeout, overseeing 20–30 concurrent schedules and coordinating across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate should come from a strategic project management discipline with experience in enterprise systems and schedule integration, rather than construction management or general contracting.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full lifecycle of multi-year infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout.Oversee 20-30 concurrent project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across various disciplines.Integrate enterprise systems and schedules to optimize project execution.Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and project planning.Manage project schedules using advanced scheduling software.Develop and manage cost estimates and project budgets.Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and team members.Essential SkillsProven experience in managing multi-year, multi-faceted projects.7-10+ years experience with substation infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of project lifecycle management.Experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other scheduling software.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
