Skills and Requirements · Strong experience leading RFP process · Strong experience working with 3rd party vendors / SI · Proven experience leading WFM and CCAAS implementations, Verint and Amazon CCAAS strongly preferred · Strong project management foundations (project planning, agile, budget management, resource management, status reporting, etc). · Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline. · Ability to understand and navigate complex processes · Familiarity with project management processes and tools · Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities · Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills. · Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision. · Must be a collaborator and able to work with and through others.
