Project Manager

Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award. 

 

The Work: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overall management of the project team. The PM is responsible for facilitating the workflow of client deliverables and providing final oversight and quality assurance on reports and briefings materials. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical architecture principles, and agile delivery methodologies. You will serve as the critical link between business needs, architectural vision, and software execution.  
 

Job Location: Remote – Nationwide within the United State

What You Will Do:   

Manages project activities: planning, organizing, directing, staffing, and reporting.  

Lead end-to-end project management for software and digital solution development initiatives.  

Collaborate with Solutions Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.  

Drive the delivery of development milestones, ensuring alignment with architectural designs and business goals.  

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.  

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).  

Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction.  

Monitor technical progress, resolve project roadblocks, and ensure quality standards are met.  

Prepare and deliver status reports, project updates, and executive briefings.  

Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards throughout the development lifecycle.  
  

What You Will Bring With You:   

U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field or business administration with eight years of experience leading projects or contracts with demonstrated ability to manage a project and to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks.  

Current project management professional (PMP) certification.  

Minimum of 3 years+ Practical experience with the Appian and/or Salesforce platforms. 

Minimum of 1 years+ experience managing at least two major projects of six months or more 

Minimum of 2 years+ utilizing software to create Business Process Model Diagrams, Workflows, and Process flow diagrams 

Minimum of 3 years+ of understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including recent successful and demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is expected. 

Minimum of 3 years+ advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suites. 

  

What We Would Like You To Bring With You:   

Prior experience with federal agencies  

Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.  

Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.  

  

Professional Skills:  

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.  

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.   

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.   

Understanding technical concepts in the relevant industry (e.g., software development, engineering).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$98,124.00 - $201,840.00
