This will require the planning, executing and controlling of all aspects of ongoing and new projects either directly or through delegation with the on-site facility team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling deliverables, work schedules and resources (Internal and External) while managing project stakeholders (Internal and External). **Key Responsibilities:** + In conjunction with the Contract Manager prepare and submit accurate forecasting for capital and lifecycle works + Ensure timeframes and scope are kept during projects and manage stakeholder engagement (Internal and External) to avoid negative deviations + Represent Honeywell in discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, professional consultants, subcontractors and 3rd party vendors to ensure preferred project deliverables and outcomes. + Ensure the Project Team adheres to the high standards of Health and Safety management required by Honeywell and our customers. **Key Experience & Capabilities:** + BSc, Eng or project management degree or equivalent technical or management experience required. + Excellent computer skills + Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential) + Proven experience in project management + Working knowledge of construction industry and the ability to understand multiple trade disciplines + Work history on large commercial sites or correctional facilities (Preferred) **Who We Are** The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
