We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support day-to-day project activities, coordinate with field engineers, and manage customer communications. You will work closely with a team lead to bring structure to operations and eventually take ownership of assigned projects.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers to provide updates, gather information, and ensure satisfaction.Coordinate with engineers prior to and during onsite visits.Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.Assist in organizing project workflows and administrative tasks.Support other Project Managers in streamlining operations and preparing for project handoff.Manage parts-only orders.Assist with hardware staging and configuration.Contribute to larger scope projects outside current responsibilities.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or a technical related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication and coordination skills.Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.Experience leading a project or meeting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in project management or coordination.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Work Environment
The position offers a modern office environment with a hybrid work schedule available after the training period. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
