Minimum requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field Must have at least 4–5 years’ experience within the Events or Incentive industry Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Main Duties:
Oversee end-to-end project delivery for events, conferences, meetings, and incentive travel programmes Design and present creative concepts and proposals in response to briefs and RFQs Develop innovative itineraries and event experiences tailored to client needs Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers while ensuring quality and cost efficiency Manage project finances, including budgets, reconciliations, and reporting Provide client and guest support, including assistance with visas, extensions, and queries Coordinate logistics such as flights, accommodation, transfers, and on-site arrangements (air travel experience an advantage) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels Conduct site visits to proposed venues and destinations Lead and support teams on large-scale projects, ensuring smooth collaboration Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Be available for local and international travel when required
