Location: Fully Remote Overview Seeking an experienced IT M&A Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of critical initiatives for M&A Integration. Primary responsibilities include supporting the IT M&A Integration Management Office leaders by driving the execution and delivery of critical IT M&A integration initiatives involving various cross functional IT teams. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative project leader who has relevant experience and is able to enjoy working in an energizing, dynamic and highly matrixed environment. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate, lead and influence, provide visibility into targeted milestones and progress, drive delivery, effectively manage risk and issue resolution for value realization. The role will report to Sr. Manager, Global IT PMO. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of assigned M&A integration initiatives across the Americas/International region. Collaborate with the stakeholders to prioritize enterprise shared services tasks and align on program goals. Track commit dates versus actual delivery, identify risks, and escalate critical issues. Maintain relevant project documentation, standard reporting tools, dashboards, resource planning, and task mapping to provide transparent reporting to leadership. Support risk management activities including overdue commitments and critical path monitoring. · Remove impediments/guide the team to remove impediments by facilitating problem solving and alignment between team members and team members and other stakeholders. · Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Capture lessons learned and facilitate continuous improvement within the assigned M&As and respective integration projects, and open to pivot when necessary. Partner with cross-functional teams, including enterprise architecture and third parties, to ensure technical and business alignment. This role may assist in business analysis, requirements elicitation, coordinating and tracking burst capacity resources and backup plans, and overall project financials needs. Skills Pmp, M&A, integration, erp implementation, agile, waterfall, manufacturing industry Additional Skills & Qualifications Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline preferred. 5+ years of project management experience, including execution of M&A integration projects. Experience working in a global environment, working with teams in different time zones and cultures. Project Management Experience working with global IT teams (i.e. Business applications, ERP, Infrastructure, Operations, and Cybersecurity). Experience working with remote teams and multiple projects/initiatives at a time. Expertise in tracking, communicating and driving transition tasks and project risk management across multiple sites and time zones. Experience with Manufacturing Sites and End Users (desirable but not required). Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $77.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
