NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Manager to join our team in Remote, USA. Seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and care communications projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving projects to completion, escalating issues appropriately, and communicating effectively across teams. Experience in healthcare environments and familiarity with ServiceNow are highly preferred. **Role Responsibilities** + Lead infrastructure-related projects including networking, hybrid cloud, data centers, servers, storage, and telecom. + Manage care communications projects involving systems such as nurse call, infant monitoring/security, and hospital transfer centers. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to assess project needs and system requirements. + Utilize project management tools, preferably ServiceNow, to manage project progress. + Provide technical support and guidance to users and teams. + Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution. + Operate within smaller budget projects and optimize resources. + Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and resolve challenges. **Required Experience:** + 5+ years experience with infrastructure projects and healthcare environments. + 2+ years familiarity with systems requiring infrastructure connectivity in hospital settings. + 2+ with ServiceNow PPM tool or similar project management tools. + PMP or PMI certification + Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field (preferred; equivalent experience may be considered) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and business management principles About NTT DATA Services: NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
