Experience: 2+ years (Scrum Master Certified)

Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile projects ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with teams, resolve impediments, and communicate project updates Mentor team members on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement

Requirements: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA preferred Scrum Master certification is mandatory Proven Agile delivery track record with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Business Analyst experience is an added advantage
