Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure successful delivery of projects on the strategic plan.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Report and escalate to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Deliver time and cost within agreed tolerances and ensure project quality is tracked and managed.Report to respective stakeholders.Escalate decisions and unresolved issues.Conclude the work upon completion or premature cessation.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor’s degree in project management or other relevant field.5 years of experience working in a project management role, IT or Finance management
