Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Stamford, CT. Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a new, high-visibility initiative. This role requires strong project management fundamentals, experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a mix of collaboration tools, analyzing backend processes, and driving initiatives that ultimately enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: * Project Manager will lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met * Partner with cross-functional teams including technical, engineering, and business stakeholders to align project goals and outcomes * Develop and maintain project plans in Smartsheets and manage portfolio updates in SharePoint * Support backend process analysis to validate routing logic, accuracy of data, and alignment with business objectives * Prepare clear presentations in PowerPoint for leadership updates and stakeholder communication * Conduct data analysis in Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables) to monitor project performance and validate outcomes * As a Project Manager, you will document requirements, progress, and workflows using JIRA or similar tools * Adapt to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods depending on project needs * Contribute to feature development and business value alignment as the project evolves and expands
