Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support several strategic security initiatives. This role will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across teams, tracking progress, assisting with budget planning, and supporting the security and infrastructure teams during an expansion and implementation. We can pay $35-65 for this position depending on your experience. Key Responsibilities: - Track and log progress of multiple security initiatives, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation. - Support leadership with initiative tracking, vendor coordination, and team communications. - Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for security programs. - Help build and scale the security team, including onboarding new vendors and implementing new security software solutions. - Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of security-related projects. - Prepare materials and updates for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings. - Manage a two-round interview process for new team members and vendors.
