Job Description
This role involves supporting basic project management tasks for technical and process improvement initiatives. The position requires independent responses to customer inquiries and managing documentation related to customer issues, ensuring they are resolved according to established procedures.
ResponsibilitiesRespond independently to calls or emails from customers to follow up on moderately complex inquiries.Work on documentation and solve moderately complex customer issues, requests, and complaints according to established procedures.Redirect queries to appropriate departments or personnel when required.Obtain and collect feedback from product development and service departments to recommend appropriate sources of information to customers.Assist in maintaining databases containing information on customer interactions and transactions to facilitate future data collection and consolidation.Manage and maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.Confer with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to provide world-class customer service.Promote products and services to ensure business targets are met.Provide after-sales support for client contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.Perform duties related to overall customer service.Essential SkillsProject management expertiseProcess improvement capabilitiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in technical and process improvement projectsAbility to manage customer interactions effectivelySkills in documentation and issue resolutionWork Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Foley, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.13 - $46.13/hr.
