Description -Responsible for managing multiple small to large projects -Lead, manage, and coordinate both business and technology resources to ensure projects and services meet and/or exceed goals, and are completed within established time frames and budget requirement -Plan and manage multiple medium to large scale projects -Manage programs, including relationships and dependencies between projects and business unit initiatives. -Lead project review board meetings, as needed. -Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior or associate project managers. -Provide project management training and coaching to project management office and project leaders in the business units. -Form and lead core teams -Integrate all aspects of the project, ensure that the proper knowledge and resources are available -Perform timely and accurate project status reporting to all project stakeholders. -Assist management in the development of standard Project Management methodologies based on PMBOK standards with regards to project initiation, planning, execution, control and closure. -Participate in department strategic planning.
