Join us. **Job Description** AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in New York, NY. **Job details:** + Read and interpret plans for material take-offs, processing of change orders for material and for Subcontractor clarification for each project. + Review, negotiate and recommend change order proposals and invoice payments. + Coordinate responsibilities, work activity and schedules among all subcontractors involved in the projects. + Gain hands-on experience of all aspects of the construction, including but not limited to: managerial, field operations personnel, finance, and any other personnel assigned to the projects. + Coordinate, direct, and ensure compliance with all aspects of construction projects. + Provide solutions, verify materials in use meet plan specifications, monitored equipment and ensured proper maintenance, monitored conformance to government regulations. + Prepare work schedules and revisions, change order documents, and negotiate cost variance. + Review payment. Interface with Client to resolve Logistics and project challenges. **Qualifications** + Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a project management related occupation. + In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a project management related occupation Position requires experience with: 1. Construction Principles and Construction Management; 2. Engineering/Architecture drawing; 3. AutoCAD; 4. Bluebeam; 5. Google Suite; 6. Revit Architecture; and 7. Oracle Primavera P6. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
