Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Demonstrate a high-level of customer care. Possess adequate interpersonal (soft) skills Critical thinking and problem solving Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities Crisis management & conflict resolution experience Adaptability, empathy Good understanding of project management tools (CA Clarity & MS Project) and processes to perform duties Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrates proficiency in project-related finance management

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of
salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this
position is $82,000.00 to $104,000.00 annually [or $39.42 to $50.00 per hour]. Actual
salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience,
skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The
range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions
may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or
commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
