At Mars Wrigley, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our Regional Engineering Team.

In this role, you’ll lead a variety of strategic capital initiatives that enhance our manufacturing capability, sustainability performance, and support brand expansion.

You’ll play a key role across our iconic Australian site at Asquith—delivering results through collaboration & inclusive technical leadership, and project excellence.

What You'll Do

As our next Project Manager, you will:

Deliver capital projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.

Apply Mars’ Engineering Work Process (EWP) to ensure best-in-class delivery aligned with business objectives.

Manage multiple capital projects concurrently while championing Safety and Quality & Food Safety.

Provide expert guidance on technology direction and technical solutions across the business.

Support engineering standardization and contribute to Global Communities of Practice (CoP).

Mentor, support and coach less experienced engineers to develop future talent.

Contribute to team culture and engagement.

Minimal Travel required to our other manufacturing facility in Ballarat

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent project management experience.

5 years’ experience managing complex engineering projects.

Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar capital projects, ideally in FMCG and particularly food manufacturing.

Exceptional project management and team leadership capabilities.

Skilled in interpersonal stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving.

Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
