Project Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a comprehensive research and evaluation initiative aimed at improving organizational practices and fostering community development. This long-term contract position is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee the design, execution, and analysis of various project components. Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of a multi-phase research and evaluation project. • Conduct literature reviews to gather insights and inform project objectives. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and aggregate data. • Develop detailed reports and documentation to present findings and recommendations. • Facilitate interviews and comparable analysis to gather qualitative and quantitative insights. • Oversee the preparation of reports to guide future organizational planning. • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and community development priorities. • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and improve partnerships and practices. • Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment among teams. Requirements • Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Urban Planning, Sociology, or related field preferred. • Proven experience in formal project management, preferably in research or evaluation projects. • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives. • Expertise in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing findings. • Proficiency in data collection, aggregation, and reporting methodologies. • Excellent writing skills for preparing comprehensive reports and documentation. • Skilled in conducting interviews and performing comparable analyses. • Ability to deliver results within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
