Job Title: Project Manager - Aftermarket OperationsJob Description We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Aftermarket Operations team in overseeing two major new product introductions. This role involves extensive facilities modifications, purchase of new equipment, and coordination across all major departments. Responsibilities + Manage the introduction of the new product for two major projects and multiple smaller projects. + Oversee a capital budget of $15-20 million for various projects. + Manage the interrelationships of projects along with normal site activities utilizing shared resources. + Ensure responsible parties complete their tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle. + Communicate project status to the organization effectively. + Coordinate the use of shared resources necessary for project execution and day-to-day production. + Host internal and external meetings as required. + Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources. + Work collaboratively with other departments and external entities impacting the project. + Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through project completion. Essential Skills + University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 15 years prior relevant experience. + PMP Certification. + Experience with industrialization, new product introduction, facility modification, and overhaul. + Proficiency in managing multiple site-wide projects simultaneously. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite. Additional Skills & Qualifications + AutoCAD experience. + Experience with FAA Repair Stations. + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. + Process management, statistical process control, data analysis, analysis of variance, design of experiments, process risk analysis, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, root cause analysis experience. Work Environment Our team operates across 200,000 employees in 70 different countries, including five plants in Lansing and a Holt facility. The role involves working a 45-hour week from Monday to Friday, starting between 7-8 am, with 12 days off for holidays. This position is anticipated to last for over 18 months.
