Job Description
The Project Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs, formulating systems that align with overall business strategies. This role involves writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.Lead and direct the work of others.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in area of specialty.6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.Experience working on Material Handling Equipment systems ecosystem, specifically familiar with the performance metrics associated with fulfillment center MHE systems.2-3 years of data analytics experience.Experience working with Smartsheet, VBA, and SQL.Experience building monthly and weekly reporting platforms.Experience in cleaning, validating, and aggregating data.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience working with Quicksight platform.Work Environment
The role typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.50/hr.
