About this role:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the selection, deployment, and ongoing management of various tools and software systems within the organization, ensuring they are effectively implemented to achieve desired business outcomes; essentially, they bridge the gap between choosing the right technology and successfully integrating it into daily operations. Your first and primary responsibility will be to learn and understand the capabilities of our construction software, HCSS. You will be expected to become a SME on HCSS to the extent that you can train users and evaluate and make recommendations on using other modules in HCSS. The scope of the role includes providing support across PAR’s regions. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, Project Management. You may have direct reports assigned to you at times.

What You'll Do

Needs assessment: Identifying project requirements and ensuring successful outcomes.

 

Tool selection: Evaluating, recommending, and implementing project management software or tools to improve project efficiency and team collaboration.

 

Implementation planning: Overseeing the practical execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined objectives, often focusing on the integration of new systems or technologies.

 

Business acumen:

Oversee all phases of project delivery from pre-construction through closeoutsProcess and manage submittals and coordinate with other team members to ensure resources are delivered on timeManage all required construction documentsCoordinate with Superintendent, clients, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure a timely project delivery and positive experience for all team membersLead project meetings with the owner, architects, and consultantsIdentify challenges and identify solutions to keep the project on scheduleMonitor and provide overview for safety standards, quality control, building codes, and project documents for complianceCoordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and vendors to complete each project on timeCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsSelect tools, materials and equipment and track inventoryMonitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the projectReview the work progress on daily basisReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

 

Project management: Overseeing the implementation process, ensuring timelines are met, and addressing any issues that arise. Ability to collaborate and partner with stakeholders across the organization.

 

User training: Planning, executing, and managing training projects, ensuring effective user adoption of new systems or processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 

Data migration: Oversees the successful movement of data from one system to another, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and minimal disruption, while managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

 

Monitoring and optimization: Evaluating project progress, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance efficiency and outcomes, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
