Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically adept Technical Project Manager to lead large scale infrastructure initiatives within large healthcare system. This role will focus on the deployment, support, and optimization of end-user devices and infrastructure solutions across inpatient, clinical, and administrative settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage infrastructure projects related to device lifecycle management across multiple healthcare facilities.
Coordinate with clinical engineering, IT support, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to patient care.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation aligned with healthcare compliance and security standards.
Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
Facilitate stakeholder communication across clinical, technical, and operational teams.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience managing device deployments in a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
Ability to mange multiple projects and deliverables, and vendor management.
Strong understanding of biomedical environment.
Strong understanding of asset management tools.
Familiarity with enterprise printer ecosystems and print management solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and processes Experience working on large-scale healthcare IT projects (e.g., hospital expansions, EHR rollouts, clinical device refreshes).
Background in IT support or systems administration in a clinical setting.
