Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager AKA Client Operations Manager to support integrated advertising campaigns across a range of deliverables—including, but not limited to, video, digital, and social content strategy, creative development, and production. This role is essential in driving seamless execution across internal teams and external partners, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Position Overview The Client Operations Manager will manage day-to-day execution across multiple campaigns and workstreams. This includes leading timelines, deliverables, resourcing, and stakeholder communications across creative, media, strategy, and production teams. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with experience in digital and media-driven performance campaigns, and someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Responsibilities Project & Workflow Management Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns (TV, OTT, digital), social, and digital assets. Develop, manage, and adapt project timelines and deliverable trackers in fast-changing environments. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, scopes, and status reports. Monitor asset readiness across channels and ensure quality control before delivery to media or platform partners. Collaborate with production teams on shoot schedules, post timelines, and versioning needs. Manage end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Maintain clear documentation such as scopes, trackers, timelines, and matrices. Ensure all assets meet specs and quality standards before delivery to media or platform partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the connective tissue between creative, media, strategy, and account teams. Align teams on deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and cross-discipline dependencies. Facilitate creative reviews, feedback loops, and milestone meetings. Work closely with media teams to ensure campaign needs, flighting, and formats are clearly understood and supported. Client & Partner Coordination Serve as a client-facing lead for status, delivery updates, and timelines. Help manage internal and external meetings, flag risks, and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills 4+ years of project management experience in an advertising or creative agency environment. Strong understanding of integrated campaigns with exposure to both traditional and digital channels. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once. Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet or similar. Experience working closely with media teams and trafficking processes.
