Project Manager
Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to work on a permanent contract in Macaé with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Professional with solid experience in manufacturing, as well as experience as a Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, direct, and coordinate on-site projects/activities for project execution  in accordance with all contractual requirements, from planning through completion
Ensure that project plans are produced and updated regularly, including Deltek and  Planning and Execution Tool. Delegate if/when necessary
Ensure that work packages are assembled and issued on time 
Approve project personnel and equipment for assigned projects
Review and ensure that Daily Progress Reports are distributed daily and address any issues  that arise.
Ensure that the scope is completed within budget and on time. Any variation in  scope/budget/schedule is communicated to senior management and the client. 
Participate in internal and client meetings to monitor and review project results
 Ensure that all project deliverables, including inspection reports, final reports, and project documents, are delivered to the client and relevant company departments in a timely manner. Delegate if/when necessary.
Ensure that the FPAL process is completed for each project. Delegate if/when necessary
Conduct the project kickoff meeting, project briefing, debriefing, and lessons learned
Conduct/Assist with preparation of Close Out Reports
Assisting with site audits in line with corporate objectives
Attend and provide input to Operations Meetings & Weekly Management Meeting if  required
Interface with clients and internal customers to meet project requirements
Liaise with engineering specialists and build relationships across a range of disciplines  and levels of management
Responsible for the delivery of projects to program, budget and time
Assist everyday operations ncluding assisting with the management  of the stores, the approval and payment of purchase invoices, the office utilities and team  building activities.
Lead, develop and motivate the Operations Team with line management  responsibility for selected members of the team
Support the Corporate KPIs with respect to Staff Development and Human Resources  (HR) objectives
Ensure HSEQ procedures and standards are adhered to
Ensure personnel & equipment are sent out with appropriate certification
Support internal and external Quality Audits including knowledge of, and actions required, to  ensure that the project components of ISO 9001
Review and understanding contractual terms and conditions and supporting compliance  thereof
Creation & review of CTRs including the use of cost/sell spreadsheets to determine  margins.
Assisting in preparation of proposals/tenders/bids.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education
Advanced English - Required
Experience in the oil and gas industry, with proven experience in leadership and management of engineering projects
Understanding and practical knowledge of the inspection, repair, and maintenance sector
Solid management experience with first-class analytical skills and commercial/financial awareness
