Project Manager (Scrum + Technical Leadership + People management)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities, technical mentorship, and people management, with a strong focus on Python-based development, Grafana dashboards, monitoring frameworks and other service tools.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Agile & Scrum Leadership

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.Guide teams in adopting Scrum principles and Agile best practices.Track sprint progress, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features.Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement 

🧑‍💻 Technical Guidance

Provide hands-on support and mentorship in Python development and data workflows.Oversee Grafana dashboard implementation and monitoring strategies.Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable systems 

👥 People & Stakeholder Management

Manage team performance, growth, and engagement.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP preferred.Strong proficiency in Python, Grafana, and monitoring tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills 

Preferred Experience

Experience with tools like Jira, TFS, Confluence, or Git.Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget 

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
