Required Skills and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in project and/or service deliveryAbility to build effective teams across large organizations (around 100 people) to deliver services to clients, and to lead high-performing cross-functional teamsCapability to integrate multiple service areas to deliver seamless client solutionsExperience in managing and governing multi-year contracts in large-scale B2B engagementsAbility to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business needs and driving revenue growthDeep knowledge of operations management and cost estimation, with the ability to manage P&L for large contracts

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degreePMP certificationITIL Foundation certificationProven track record in long-term customer relationship management
