Job Title: Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers (mechanical, electrical, software), manufacturing and other departments.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring project objectives are met.

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.

• Assist with technical proposals, including scope, cost estimates, and timelines.

• Maintain alignment with company objectives and compliance with industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in automation or manufacturingBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office toolsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsFamiliar with ERP systems and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)PMP certification or equivalent is a plusExperience with Visual Basic or VBA is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
