Accountable for the successful client’s IT Transitions . Manage projects through their complete lifecycle from initiation to closure and handover to the business and IT operations. Manage projects using the agreed project management methodologies and documentation to ensure delivery is in line with scope, timeline, and budget. Ensure effective governance, tracking, monitoring reporting, and communication is in place to keep stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues.

JOB PURPOSE:

Accountable for the successful client’s transition. Manage projects through their complete lifecycle from initiation to closure and handover to the business and IT operations. Manage projects using the agreed project management methodologies and documentation to ensure delivery is in line with scope, timeline, and budget. Ensure effective governance, tracking, monitoring reporting, and communication is in place to keep stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues. 

ACCOUNTABILTIES & DELIVERABLES:

Lead the planning and implementation of projects in line with the agreed scope, objectives, and timelineProduce and maintain detailed project plans including activity plans and project timelineProduce and maintain detailed communication plan Lead and coordinate the activity of the project team, workstream leaders and subject matter expertsManage and track project spend against budget Track and report on project progress to stakeholdersReport, track and manage project risks& issueIdentify and implement contingency actions to mitigate project risksEnsure issue escalation process implemented when requiredImplement effective project governance structure to manage delivery, track progress and resolve issuesBuild effective working relationships with project sponsor and stakeholdersCompletion of all project documentation in line with agreed project framework and approachQuality assurance - promote and track adherence to the project management standards agreed accross ConcentrixBuild strong working relationship with the PMO and business project managersMatrix Management responsibility of technical workstream managers and technical subject matter experts, acting as a coach and escalation supportOversees and enables delivery of technology transition projects for a nominated Concentrix region
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

English and French fluencySolution and client satisfaction focusingBachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year university or college preferred.Risk ManagementExcellent planning, organizational and time management skillsProject Management qualification – PMI/Prince 2/ Agile / Lean Sigma or similarProven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple client-focused projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.Expert ability to handle conflict resolution.Ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to track/manage/reduce costs.LeadershipGood critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and schedulesBachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year university or college preferred.
