NTT DATA currently seeks a **Project Manager** to join our team for a remote position. ****W2 only - No agencies or vendors. Candidate MUST be able to work on NTT DATA payroll.** **Role Responsibilities** • Leading and coordinating IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines • Reviewing project plans and coordinating project activities using ServiceNow Project Management Module • Creating project management deliverables including test plans, work breakdowns, resource assignments, activation plans, etc. • Operating smaller budget projects independently and efficiently • Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians • Resolving issues in collaboration with stakeholders • Participating in fast-paced application and OS upgrade initiatives, often tied to healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs) • Collaborating across departments to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction **Required Skills/Experience** • 5–7 years of hands-on project management experience (not just certification-based and not just implementation management) • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios • Strong PMI-based project management skills • Experience with ServiceNow Project Management tools • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Charts, etc.); Microsoft Office is not used • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms • Experience managing HR-related IT projects • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities • Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and production processes • Understanding of business and management principles related to planning and resource allocation • Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred **Preferences** • PMI or PMP certification • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field Comments for Suppliers: Skills using ServiceNow project management and Google tools About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
