The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning Natural Language Processing and Portfolio & Project Management. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Proficiency in Portuguese is required. **Responsibilities** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for conversational AI projects. Design and document functional specifications and user stories for AI-driven conversational solutions. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of conversational AI solutions. Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights to improve AI performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conversational AI solutions providing recommendations for enhancements. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI technologies. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of conversational AI solutions. Required Skills: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
