**Project Manager** Paramount busca incorporar "Project Manager" para sumarse al equipo de Gestin de Proyectos. Responsable de liderar proyectos clave en una compaa de medios de alcance regional o global, asegurando la ejecucin efectiva de iniciativas vinculadas a tecnologa, contenido, distribucin, digital, publicidad y operaciones. Su rol ser fundamental para garantizar la implementacin de estrategias alineadas con los objetivos del negocio, gestionando equipos interdisciplinarios, proveedores y stakeholders internos. Sus principales responsabilidades sern: Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos de alta complejidad relacionados con produccin televisiva, lanzamientos de plataformas, campaas comerciales, tecnologa o procesos operativos. Coordinar equipos internos (produccin, programacin, ingeniera, ventas, marketing, legales, finanzas, etc.) y externos (agencias, proveedores tecnolgicos, partners). Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, costos y calidad, gestionando riesgos y ajustes cuando sea necesario. Liderar reuniones de seguimiento con reas involucradas y comunicar avances a los niveles ejecutivos. Elaborar documentacin clave del proyecto (cronogramas, informes de avance, presupuestos, matrices de riesgo). Requisitos: Nos orientamos a profesionales graduados en Administracin, Economa, Ingeniera o carreras afines, con ms de 2 aos de experiencia liderando proyectos en empresas de medios, televisin, entretenimiento o tecnologa.
