Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Project Manager who will work with BTO, IT, CoE, and OCM partners to drive forward initiatives owned by the Business Transformation Office. This partner will support executive and project leadership in preparing the business for change and work in parallel with the IT to complete initiatives on time and on budget, focused on delivering target business outcomes. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include:  

Maintain business project plan to track key milestones and completion of business-owned action items such as cutover tasks, communication, training, and more  Work with business leadership to drive execution of cutover tasks by appropriate partners  Guide project team through updating SOPs, process maps, or other procedural documents as needed  Possess high-level knowledge of technical processes including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and other steps to dedicate adequate time and resources  Skills/Qualifications Project management - Plans and prioritizes own work and the work of others. Familiar with project management tools and methodology to organize cross-functional team. Identifies and mitigates risks with leadership.  Verbal and written communication - Articulates processes, problems, and solutions in both technical and business language. Effectively asks questions, expresses ideas, requests actions from others, and formulates plans or policies.  Technical expertise - Understands essentials of SAP systems and data architecture to help business and technical leaders identify cutover tasks for business readiness.  Process improvement - Employs process mapping and other relevant tools to bring clarity. 

 

Required 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.   Minimum three years of applicable experience.  PMP Certified.   Occasional travel required.
