Project Manager

The Opportunity


We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy & Utilities team, delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland. This role focuses on Logan’s Water Network, managing capital works across the Treatment, Network, and Sustainability portfolios.

 

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of the project, from early planning through to commissioning and handover, collaborating closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.

 

You’ll be part of long-term mature Program of works and a high-performing team driving civil construction initiatives including treatment plants, network upgrades, asset renewals, and flagship sustainable energy projects. What You’ll Do

Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects.Champion innovation and team development, mentoring others and promoting a Zero Harm culture.Support budget management and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to drive cost efficiency and accurate forecasting.Manage procurement processes, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination.Build strong relationships with design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Engineering qualifications with significant experience in civil infrastructure project delivery. Water industry experience is preferableProject Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented contracting environment.Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
