Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions Delivery, this position will manage a variety of projects aligned with MGB’s broader service delivery transformation initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and contributing across a dynamic and evolving digital environment.In addition to managing projects, a key focus of this role will be leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a knowledge management governance structure to support our evolving Service Delivery goals. The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the digital organization to assess the current knowledge management landscape, define a strategic framework, and implement industry best practices (E.g. KCS, ITIL, ISO 30401) that support the full knowledge lifecycle. This includes serving as a subject matter expert in knowledge management processes and toolsets, driving daily operations and continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring our knowledge foundation effectively supports AI-driven solutions. Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow and Moveworks is highly beneficial, as these tools are central to enhancing knowledge accessibility and empowering employees through self-service solutions. <br>
Summary<br>Responsible for managing Digital projects. Leverages a combination of technical skills and clinical domain knowledge to derive a feasible, de-risked technical plan that delivers high-quality deliverables for our partners and product teams.<br>Essential Functions<br>-Develop project goals, objectives, approach, and scope through negotiation and diplomacy that result in a well-defined, well-sponsored project. <br>
-Develop work plans and timelines to meet project goals. <br>
-Contribute to the development of capital and operating funding requirements associated with a project. <br>
-Manage a project within its budget. <br>
-Plan, manage, and oversee projects, using recognized project management methods. <br>
-Provide ongoing project status reports to leadership, user groups, the project steering committee, and executive hospital management. <br>
-Effectively seek opportunities to develop the business, refine our products, advocate for new offerings, and continuously improve our processes. <br>

- Experience with modern administrative practices and techniques with particular emphasis on the use of electronic data processing systems in a large-scale enterprise.
