Project Manager

Description

Project Manager will bid and plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. Project Manager is responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

Responsibilities

•\tSuccessfully bid construction projects to manage.

•\tOversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

•\tReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

•\tOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

•\tCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

•\tMeet contractual conditions of performance.

•\tReview the work progress on daily basis.

•\tPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

•\tPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

•\tNegotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.

•\tAnalyze, manage and mitigate risks.

•\tEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

•\tDeliver projects on schedule and under budget.

•\tEnsure owner satisfaction with construction process and end result

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
