Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Project Manager with a background in general contracting, subcontracting, or engineering to join our team. This role involves interfacing with clients and managing construction projects, particularly in the conveyor systems group. We are looking for someone who is adept at organizing tasks, prioritizing based on customer needs, and has excellent communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary interface with clients, ensuring project requirements are met.Manage project scheduling and oversee the execution of project plans.Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.Communicate clearly and articulate thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders.Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to unique processes specific to our industry.Step into a Project Manager role, handling responsibilities beyond typical Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager positions.Essential SkillsProficiency in project management software, including Bluebeam and Excel.Experience in construction management or engineering with 4-8 years in the field.Strong social skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of Bluebeam and AutoCAD.Engineering degree in any discipline, except IT, or a degree in construction management.Teachability and willingness to learn complex processes.Work Environment

The work environment is laid-back and less formal, with a focus on team collaboration and social interaction. The role involves travel, with potential trips out of state averaging slightly more than once a month, typically lasting 1-2 nights. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.70/hr.
