What You’ll Do + Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects across all phases—from proposal to delivery. + Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals. + Oversee geotechnical investigations, including fieldwork, lab coordination, and data analysis. + Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards. + Mentor and guide engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical rigor and collaboration. + Analyze soil, rock, and material testing data to inform design recommendations. + Prepare and present high-quality technical reports and findings to clients and stakeholders. + Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution. + Approve engineering deliverables such as bearing capacity calculations, foundation designs, and liquefaction assessments. + Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control across all project components.
