We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of custom automation and manufacturing solutions that meet client expectations, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, as well as manufacturing and procurement personnel.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Support the development of technical proposals, including scope definition, cost estimation, and timeline planning.Ensure all projects align with company objectives, quality standards, and industry regulations.Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to track progress and maintain documentation.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, preferably involving automation or custom equipment.Proven ability to manage multiple high-value, complex projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Experience working with ERP systems and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.PMP or equivalent project management certification.Experience with Visual Basic, VBA, or other programming tools for custom reporting or automation.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data-driven project tracking.Aautomation, software development, or custom manufacturing environments.Military or disciplined, process-driven
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
