Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (laboratory/science or athletic facility construction)  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets ($4M+ projects)  - Strong skills in schedule management and financial forecasting  - Skilled in coordinating and leading meetings across stakeholders  - Ability to identify and resolve construction issues and disputes efficiently Ability to read and interpret architectural plans (Revu Bluebeam software, etc.) - Familiarity with science classroom builds (e.g., chemical countertops, fume hoods)  - Experience managing subcontractor work (e.g., turf installation, gym builds)  - Construction-related certifications or formal training  - Experience with ERP systems, particularly Vista by Viewpoint  - Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and project management  - Background in manufacturing or product-based construction projects    Understanding of product specifications and vendor requirements (e.g., Porter for athletic equipment, Nevco for scoreboards, Kodiak for bleachers, Bedco for steel cabinets, Durchon for countertops, CIF for casework and cabinets) -Ability to anticipate and coordinate project needs based on manufacturer requirements null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
