**Job Summary** + Markit EDM Proficiency (Must Have): In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Markit EDM including development configuration customization and troubleshooting. Proficient with Data Constructors Data Porters Core Matcher Mastering UI Data Illustrators and the various Builders (Table View Stored Procedure Function and Rule). Experience managing multiple Markit EDM environments and migrating components. **Responsibilities** + Data Management (Nice to Have): Strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Ability to design and implement data models workflows and data validation rules. + Database Skills (Must Have): Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. Knowledge of database optimization techniques and performance tuning. Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases. + Programming (Nice to Have): Skills in programming languages with ETL focus commonly used in conjunction with Markit EDM such as C# and Informatica. Ability to write scripts and automate tasks as needed. Experience working in an Agile environment. + Integration and API Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience integrating Markit EDM with other systems and applications. Knowledge of APIs and data exchange protocols for seamless integration. + Financial Industry Knowledge (Must Have): Familiarity with financial instruments markets and industry-specific data requirements.
