Our proteomic sciences solutions are transforming the understanding of human diseases through advanced protein biomarker discovery. With our innovative Olink solutions – including highly specific and validated assays that cover more than 5,000 proteins – our colleagues and technology empower scientists in groundbreaking research that will play a pivotal role in the future of personalized medicine.

Discover Impactful Work:

We are now looking to expand our PMO team with an additional Project Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation in proteomics, driving a variety of projects including New Product Introductions (NPI).

A day in the Life:

Develop a timetable for the projects aligned to set goals.

Lead projects towards agreed goals according to set schedule, quality and budget.

Collaborate with project team members internally and externally.

Responsible for communication with the Steering Committee.

Continually work to improve, educate and lead within company project processes.

Develop, manage and drive improvements through engagement, support teamwork and apply structured models in project management.

Keys to Success:

Education

Relevant degree in a related field (Bsc, MSc, PhD or equivalent experience in Engineering, Life Sciences).

Certification in Project Management (e.g PMP, IPMA etc) is advantageous.

Experience

At least a few years of experience in project management or product management within the Life Science industry. Experience of NPI projects is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English is mandatory and necessary to be successful in this role.

As a person, you exhibit responsiveness, curiosity, and dedication. You excel as a dedicated leader in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Moreover, you communicate effectively and can understand various perspectives. To succeed as Project Manager, you must also demonstrate practicality and attention to detail when required, while maintaining a long-term, strategic outlook.
