Job Title: Project Manager - Defense Engineering Programs
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of assigned projects, serving as the single point of contact. This role involves managing projects from original concept through to final implementation, while interfacing with both the organization and its customers in all areas affected by the project.

ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope and objectives based on organizational requirements.Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.Conduct project meetings and manage project tracking and analysis.Coordinate and execute priority actions to ensure timely and accurate work execution.Analyze information and data, assess progress of programs, projects, and processes.Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and recommend solutions to organizational leadership.Organize, manage, and present information, including oral recommendations.Essential SkillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in project management within DoD engineering or technical programs.Experience coordinating military acquisition programs, preferably with ground combat vehicle systems.15 years of experience in Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.Proficiency in program and business management, including planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking, and reporting.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance.Master's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.Preferred degrees include Project Management, Business Management/Administration.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $67.31/hr.
