About the Role
Riley Children’s Health is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP). The role involves managing projects, providing hands-on training, and coordinating with stakeholders to align the program with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will oversee a complex portfolio of projects, utilize standard project management methodologies, and develop plans that optimize performance, cost efficiency, and return on investment.
Qualifications & Experience
• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
• Experience in pediatric healthcare environment or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate physical intervention techniques (per MCPP standards) highly preferred.
