Indicative assignment length: 12 Month Contract (Highly likely to be extended)


Join a dynamic project delivery team that partners with major players across the mining and resources industry. We’re looking for a Project Manager with proven experience delivering technical projects in mining—from early-stage studies to detailed design and execution.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your industry knowledge and coordination skills will drive outcomes on projects that span across multiple commodities and mining operations.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion. Your ability to manage technical teams, maintain control over budgets and schedules, and work closely with clients will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities Leading delivery of mining projects including feasibility studies, infrastructure design, and brownfield/greenfield developments Managing multidisciplinary inputs across engineering, procurement, and delivery planning Ensuring key project milestones, budgets, and scopes are met Interfacing with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the lifecycle of the project Supporting contract reviews, change management, and project reporting Building alignment between internal teams and external partners to keep delivery on track Applying sound judgement and a proactive approach to managing project risks and priorities
  What you'll need to succeed Mining (EPCM) experience essential Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or similar (preferred) Strong background managing studies, infrastructure upgrades, or site-based design projects Ability to manage multiple scopes and project phases concurrently Solid grasp of project controls including scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management Experience working across a range of commodities—particularly critical minerals or bulk materials Clear communication, strong leadership, and a reputation for delivering on commitments Familiarity with end-to-end supply chains, including pit-to-port operations, is highly regarded ONLY considering candidate with full Australian working rights.
