**Our client, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.**
As a **Project Manager** , you will be part of the **Program Delivery Department** , supporting **Technology and Business Operations teams** .
The ideal candidate will have **strong communication** , **cross-functional leadership** , and **adaptability** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Hybrid (Texas residence required, Austin, TX preferred)
Candidates based in Austin: Hybrid 1 day per week onsite.

**What’s the Job?**
(Max of 5 responsibilities)
+ Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic healthcare technology projects
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., TPA partners)
+ Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure successful implementation
+ Track milestones, risks, issues, and maintain regular project communications
+ Facilitate UAT, feature sign-offs, and operational hand-offs
**What’s Needed?**
(Max of 5 requirements)
+ 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry
+ Experience with health plans, TPAs, and claims/benefits systems
+ Proficiency with project tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
+ Ability to work in a hybrid environment using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
