Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to work on an initial 1-year assignment with a major player in the energy sector.
This role may function as a single point of accountability or work under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Project Management Lead. The position supports a portfolio of Green I or Green II projects per the PM Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix.

Responsibilities: Lead or assist in managing all phases of project planning and execution to ensure success across scope, schedule, budget, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration. Manage project funding processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking. Oversee cross-functional project teams including engineering, project controls, construction, planning, and administrative resources. Ensure alignment with company project management policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Monitor risk and implement mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and executive communications. Provide leadership in problem-solving, critical decision-making, and stakeholder coordination. Manage multiple projects ranging from $5M to $100M+, ensuring compliance and quality delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 7 years of project-related work experience. Strong proficiency in project management principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business. Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management). PMP, CMII, AACE, or equivalent utility technical certifications. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Contractor’s License. Experience managing utility or energy-sector projects. Advanced knowledge of cost management, scheduling, and construction drawings. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects ($5M–$100M+). Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
