This Band 1 Project Management role is an entry-level role that supports and assists in executing strategies within the team or organization. The role is typically involved in smaller, less complex projects with low to medium levels of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n    Supports and assists in executing strategies in team or organization.\n    Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.\n    Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a project with clearly defined and narrow objectives.\n    Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.\n    Accomplishes tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision from higher band employees.\n\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n    Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.\n    Engages in learning opportunities and may assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.\n\n
