Job Responsibilities:

Leads delivery of complex products/initiatives for teams that may also include business stakeholders, supporting IT teams, creative teams, vendors, and consultants through all phases of the software development life cycleResponsible for facilitating Agile team ceremonies/rituals and effectively guiding resources to achieve goalsResponsible for adhering to the current project and/or product management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and proceduresCoach and mentor team members in the execution of project and/or product management activities and agile techniques; accountable for success of products and/or initiativesServe as a primary problem solver for any issues, roadblocks, and risks; maintaining responsibility for their resolution. Servant leader for the team.Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating product and/or initiative status.Drive the decision-making process amongst stakeholders, ensuring product/initiative needs and solution options are presented and understoodTrain and mentor others in managing multiple large initiative and/or product teams simultaneously
