Job Description
The primary role of the Project Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across various fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out. The position requires overseeing non-IT based projects, working closely with teams to ensure successful project execution from initiation to closure.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects by creating detailed plans to achieve goals and direct the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.Recruit employees, assign tasks, evaluate work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess the feasibility of projects.Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.Guide a group of project managers in delivering highly complex projects, providing expert-level knowledge of project management principles.Essential Skills5+ years of experience as a Project ManagerProficiency in project management and implementationExperience with MS Project and Excel, including pivot tablesExceptional presentation skills using PowerPointExperience in the financial industryExpertise in requirement gatheringAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) softwareFamiliarity or working experience with ResolverFormer Business Analyst experience is a plusProficiency in VisioExperience in a risk-focused environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
